What this website stores in your browser, which features are optional, and how to change your choices.

Your choices
Optional analytics and support chat are off until you allow them. Accepting support chat permits it to load when you click Chat with us; it does not start chat automatically. You can browse the website and submit an enquiry without enabling either option.
We remember your choice for 180 days. We ask again when it expires, when you clear browser storage, or when we change the version of our privacy choices. If your browser blocks storage, the choice applies only to the current visit.

We do not call Chatwoot's identify-user API or install advertising pixels. Chatwoot may add functional storage as its widget changes; its cookie documentation describes the provider's cookies.
What analytics includes
When allowed, Vercel receives page-view and limited conversion events. We remove query strings and fragments from page URLs and do not send names, email addresses, form contents or clinical information as event properties. Read Vercel's analytics privacy information for its processing details.
Withdrawing permission
Open Privacy settings at any time. Turning an enabled option off reloads the page to stop its scripts and connections; save any unfinished enquiry first. We remove accessible first-party Chatwoot cookies when chat permission is removed.
Our page cannot directly erase storage belonging to Chatwoot's separate domain, and withdrawing permission does not delete conversations already sent to our team. You can clear third-party storage in your browser and contact us about personal information through the privacy policy.
Preferences and enquiries
Privacy choices and a theme you request are functional preferences. The contact form sends the information you submit to our enquiry services independently of optional analytics or chat-widget permission. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive health information through these marketing channels.
