The operation
The provider runs pre-employment exams for large employers with workforces spread across many sites. Every exam starts as an employer request and ends as a released report and an invoice, and ClinicMira carries it through each step on one record.
How employers connect
Employers request exams and follow their progress in their own ClinicMira portal. The provider's largest enterprise client goes further: its HR system sends exam requests straight into ClinicMira through the employer booking API, and receives a status update back as each booking moves. No emails or spreadsheets sit in between.
Where the growth came from
ClinicMira contributed to the provider's 32% growth in two ways. It helped the provider win tenders with larger employers, and it filled appointment slots that would otherwise have gone empty.
